Geriatric Rehabilitation Services – Out-patient:
The rehabilitation department of Regina Health Center welcomes referrals from physicians, social workers, rehabilitation nurses, case managers, patients and families. A one-on-one therapeutic approach is designed to deliver the finest patient care and clinical excellence which enables you to achieve maximum independence.
Our team has the specialized training and experience to provide excellent geriatric rehabilitation services. You will be seen in a timely manner once a referral is made. We work with all insurance carriers to help keep your out-of-pocket expense as low as possible. Assistance is available with insurance billing questions or insurance pre-certification when necessary.

Assisted Living:
Regina Health Center’s Assisted Living program provides exceptional care in a faith-based environment. You or your loved ones will experience a kind atmosphere with quality care.
Regina Health Center recognizes the needs some persons have for services that cannot be provided in their current environment. A temporary illness or a more permanent physical limitation may make some routines of daily life difficult or even impossible. Assisted Care Services at Regina Health Center provides a peaceful, safe setting, surrounded by friends where we will help you live to the fullest degree of wellness possible. Some features you will enjoy are:
- Private rooms with a full bathroom
- Kitchenettes in some rooms and in a nearby lounge
- Emergency nurse call system in each room with immediate response by an RN
- Personal care services with activities of daily living
- Regular medical clinics

Skilled Nursing Care:
Regina Health Center provides high quality skilled nursing care for persons needing in-patient rehabilitation services or long term care. Our holistic approach to care provides for the person’s needs in mind, body, and spirit. The Inter-Disciplinary Care Plan Team works closely together with the resident and family to develop and then monitor an individualized plan of care for each person, to enable them to achieve their highest level of functioning. In addition to nursing care services, RHC provides Social Services, Pastoral Care Services, Activities, and Dietitian and dietary services.
All of our 101 skilled nursing care beds are dually certified for both Medicare and Medicaid. We provide in-patient physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as other skilled nursing services.
