Regina Health Center Rated “Ohio Top 13 for Assisted Living Facilities 2007”
In 2007, the State of Ohio conducted a resident satisfaction survey for Assisted Living Facilities. Regina Health Center (RHC) received overwhelming approval by residents and families from their survey responses. The survey ranked RHC “Top 13” in the State of Ohio for assisted living facilities. Regina Health Center is extremely proud of the excellent care and services provided for our residents by our staff.
The survey was distributed to 514 assisted living facilities. Regina Health Center achieved a 98.3 rating for the overall resident satisfaction score compared to a statewide average of 91.7 (out of a possible 100). This places RHC in the top 2.5% of all Assisted Living facilities in the State of Ohio based on resident feedback.
The survey was conducted by Vital Research, LLC, under contract with the Ohio Department of Aging. Between July and December, 2007, interviewers met face-to-face with more than 9,200 assisted living residents to complete the survey.
Residents were asked their satisfaction with activities, choice, care and services, employee relations, employee responsiveness, meals and dining, laundry and general satisfaction.
